      Is there a minimum order?

      Minimums are low. Most products start at 1 piece, and some, like embroidered items, have a small minimum. The price per piece goes down as you add more, so group orders cost less each.

      How long will my order take?

      It depends on the product and how it's decorated. Need it by a certain date? Rush service is available. Get a quote and tell us when you need it.

      Can I see my design before it's printed?

      Yes. You see your design on the product in the designer and approve it before you check out. We print it as you approved it, so check spelling, colours and placement before you order.

      What file works best for my logo?

      PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or AI files work. A high-resolution logo on a transparent background prints best.
