Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order one piece. The price per piece goes down as the quantity goes up, so a group order costs less each.

How fast will I get it?

Printed orders are ready in 5โ€“7 business days after your artwork is approved and the order is paid. Then it ships with tracking, or you pick it up in Toronto. Need it sooner? Ask about a rush.

What kind of file do I need?

A PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or AI works. A logo on a transparent background is best. If you only have a screenshot, upload it and we'll let you know if it needs cleaning up before anything prints.

Will I see a proof?

You see your design on the product in the designer before you check out. If a file needs attention we'll reach out before printing.

How is it printed?

Every item is listed as "Printed". We pick the best method for your design and quantity in-house so the price you see is the price you pay.

Do you ship to the US?

Yes. Tracked shipping anywhere in Canada or the US, and free pickup in Toronto.
