Is there a minimum order?
Minimums are low. Most products start at 1 piece, and some, like embroidered items, have a small minimum. The price per piece goes down as the quantity goes up, so a group order costs less each.
How long will my order take?
It depends on the product and how it's decorated. Need it by a certain date? Rush service is available. Get a quote and tell us when you need it.
How much do custom shirts cost?
It depends on the product, the print and how many you order. Every product shows its price per piece in the designer, and the price per piece drops as you add more: 5% off at 5+, 10% at 10+, 15% at 25+, 20% at 50+, and more on bigger orders. Big order? Get an instant quote.
What file do I need for my logo?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or AI files work. A high-resolution logo on a transparent background prints best.
Can I see my design before it's printed?
Yes. You see your design on the product in the designer and approve it before you check out. We print it as you approved it, so check spelling, colours and placement before you order.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada. Pickup in Toronto is free.
